свое гуглил, наткнулся. явно для шняги, поворачивающей что-то каждые 4 часа, триды не нужны. поворот занимает там ну 5-10 секунд явно, а не 4*3600 секунд. можно по очереди явно, если там просто комманды на поворот и последующий контроль - недостаточно. у меня была pri4, явно она 4 двигателя - не потянет по питанию. да и pri - я бы забил, там же линукс. ну, другая лига. ничем от ноута не отличается. может есть какой ардуино с часами. я бы на нем делал. ну там 2-3 бакса и нет гимора с кулером.

Проблема в том, что если мы программно генерируем несколько ШИМ потоков, то они должны работать параллельно.
Если писать программу на Python, то сам по себе Pyton - одно поточное приложение. Есть библиотеки для решения этой проблемы, но это - отдельный гемморой.
Если писать на С, то там надо использовать библиотеку pthread и это тоже - не совсем просто всё...

Скорее всего, причина в том, что Вы пытаетесь запустить GUI программу вне сеанса пользователя, т.е. до того, как запустился оконный менеджер (любой). У вас написано:

Про запуск из под systemd я точно не знаю, но мне кажется гораздо проще включить Вашу программу в список "Autostart" Вашего дисплейного менеджера. Тогда всё будет делаться автоматически и никакой головной боли не возникнет. Но, при этом, должен быть установлен режим автологина.
Тогда, после загрузки ОС будет выполнен автологин, после чего запустится дисплейный менеджер и уже он запустит Ваше GUI приложение.
Используйте утилиту screen ( необходимо будет установить дополнительно) как обходной путь.

Да тут паять ничего не надо. Когда срабатывает тревога, то контакты ALARM замыкаются между собой (если джампером SW6 включен режим NO - Normally Opened), либо размыкаются (если настроечный джампер в положении NC - Normally Closed)
